Polyamide (Nylon) low melting filament series “JOINER®”
“JOINER®” - low melt type polyamide filament with strong bonding strength.
Characteristics
1. By applying heat the heat-adhesive nature of this fibre will guarantee a strong bond with other fibres.
2. Unlike other adhesive fibres, such as PP or PET, which can be used with a limited number of other fibres only, “JOINER®” can be freely used with any other fibre, especially with natural fibres.
3. The bonding process is easily controlled by the use of different denier.
4. Thus it is possible to select the most suitable bonding for any material by adjusting the processing method.
5. As an example H Type with its high melting point is used in Polyester to be piece dyed without any loss in bonding strength.
6. Adhesion does not deteriorate with washing or dry-cleaning.

F-Type ………100 ~ 120℃ (steam) x more than 10 min.
M-Type………100 ~ 120℃ (steam) x more than 10 min.
H-Type………125 ~ 135℃ (steam) x more than 10 min.
X-Type………135 ~ 145℃ (steam) x more than 10 min.
* Because adhesion time differs with enduse, it is recommended to make
tests beforehand.
